Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons of natural, full-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of organic honey
  • 1 tablespoon of mashed avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of cooked oatmeal

So, how do you use these combos?

  • Blend all the ingredients to form a fine paste.
  • Apply on your face and let the paste stand for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove the face mask with a soft and lightly wet washcloth.
